End-time spiritual champions
If you are hungry for a move of God in your sphere of influence and believe that God is positioning you to be a catalyst of it, you are an end-time spiritual champion called to the kingdom for such a time as this! Just as in a relay race where the fastest, and in some cases, most skilled runners are placed at the end, we must understand and live into our honorable and strategic place in history as end-time believers. That means that like the mighty warriors from the tribe of Issachar in David’s day, we must discern the times and seasons and know how we as the body of Christ should strategically respond.
No doubt, living in a 21st-century world that has become increasingly hostile to the Christian faith, presents its own set of challenges. But it also presents opportunities, for which we have been uniquely equipped. Apostasy, deception, materialism, family breakdown, conflict, civil unrest, abuse & exploitation, and spiritual warfare have been elevated. But so has the potential impact of our witness for Christ. After all, the God who called us to the kingdom for such a time as this, has supplied us with the internal resources we need to run the race with endurance and to cross the finish line as champions.
Biblical principles
What spreads fire? Wind! The word of God is God-breathed, spiritual oxygen, infusing new life into the hearers. The SWI sessions offer end-time spiritual champions the practical biblical principles necessary to do more than just survive but thrive in their "extreme environments" by receiving a fresh breath of God.
Prophetic prayer
The prophetic prayer empowerment time at the end of each session is designed to re-ignite end-time spiritual champions into their identity and purpose as they seize opportunities for greater impact and Christ-centered witness within their particular sphere of influence.

Theme Scripture:
“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none” (Ezekiel 22:30).
Mission:
As we come to the end of the age, there is an intensified wrestling for the “soul” and destinies of communities, cities and nations. The prince of the power of the air, the god of this world—satan himself—understands his time is short. As such, he has wielded a frontal assault against the church to keep us asleep, divided, preoccupied with the material world, or simply uninformed, as he seeks to destroy the souls of human beings eternally.
God promised an outpouring of his Spirit in the last days that did not end with Pentecost. In fact, in every era of time, God is willing to bring revival and renewal to his people and the healing of their land – IF they would humble themselves, pray, seek his face, and repent of their wicked ways (2 Chron. 7:14).
The mission of WE CRY OUT is to assist in mobilizing the church toward revival and community transformation by equipping prayer teams to pray effectively over their nation and more strategically at Entry Points: satanic ritual sites, where evil altars are established; dumping or burial grounds of murder victims; and places of repetitive accidents and historic tragedies, in order to destroy generational strongholds that plague communities and nations.
PHASE 1 - PREPARATION
Get Involved in the weekly WE CRY OUT Prayer Gatherings:
On each Tuesday of the week at 6:30 PM (EST), WE CRY OUT in partnership with ITNAC, Life in Life Ministries and LegacyMakers International Ministries and churches facilitate a prayer meeting at a host church to pray over Trinidad & Tobago and nations. You can join on Zoom, Youtube or Facebook. Please check out the WE CRY OUT Facebook Page for details and updates.
Pray and Fast as a Group:
Before engaging in your community transformation mission, the prayer leader/s and participants should pray and fast at least two weeks prior, in order to prepare themselves and the land—so that it becomes “fertile soil” for a divine intervention. There should also be times scheduled to pray together as a team. This could also include quiet prayer walks and prayer vigils throughout the community.
Build Unity & Vision/View Transformations Video:
The groups should also view the “Transformations” video together, which will not only inspire them, but will give them a greater understanding of the power of prayer and the unity of the church. This video is 1-hour long and highlights several nations that have experienced revival and the transformation of their communities. You will need wifi connection to view this video via the internet. This video can be viewed before a trip to a site or before a prayer session.

Identify and Expose Entry Points:
Entry points are historic or tragic events that have opened the door for iniquity (unrepented, repetitive sin) to plague a community or nation. These entry points have given demonic forces legal rights to establish a stronghold. These entry points must be identified through prayer, spiritual discernment and discussion and collaboration with the local pastors, key community leaders/gatekeepers. Also, there are older people that the team should connect with who know the history of a particular community. They can be a great resource.
Spiritual Mapping:
A spiritual mapping team or person should be designated, prior to community transformation engagement. Spiritual mapping is an important strategy to identify and expose entry points. It is a spiritual research about a given city, town, community or nation that seeks to discern where satan has made his inroads to prevent the spreading of the gospel and revival. It is an information-gathering technique that combines research with divine revelation. Spiritual mapping investigates the history of founding fathers, nature of work, beliefs and trade, major activities and festivals, their altars, places of worship/ritual, types of wars fought, dominant bondages that prevail in the region, etc. Spiritual mapping is biblical and very critical to the fruitfulness of the venture (Deut. 1: 22-23; Joshua 2: 1-2; Num. 13:17-20; 30-33).
Host a Movie Day/Night:
We are strongly recommending that pastors and community leaders host a movie day/night where your entire congregation or prayer team can view the 2-hour movie, “The Last Sin Eater.” You will need wifi connection to view this movie via the internet. On this page, we also provide Reflection Questions to facilitate group discussion after you watch the movie.
Disclaimer: We suggest that pastors and/or group leaders review this movie beforehand to determine if it’s appropriate for your congregation or group. Although it is a PG-13 family movie, produced by Christian filmmakers, some of the scenes may be a little scary for younger viewers, and may even negatively impact older viewers.

Movie Description:
When 10-year-old Cadi feels responsible for her little sister’s death, she searches out the one man she feels can take her sins away, the Sin Eater. Her unrelenting quest to find forgiveness becomes the very catalyst that God uses to uncover deception and pull down a generational curse and an evil altar of innocent bloodshed that had been established in the history of the community. This discovery ultimately leads to salvation, repentance, forgiveness, justice and the restoration of community life.
PHASE 2 – COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION ENGAGEMENT
The prayer team must gain access to a particular community through collaboration with the local church in the particular area. The local church gives the community transformation team “legal rights” to a particular community. Even when the team is from the area, they must still work through the local church or churches. God’s people in a particular area act as a forcefield against the kingdom of darkness there. When Paul first went to Corinth, he was assured by the Lord that he should not be afraid to speak and that no one would attack or hurt him because many of God’s people were residing in that region, providing him spiritual protection (Acts 18:9-11).
1. REPENT ON BEHALF OF THE NATION & THE CHURCH (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Purpose:
When a particular community or nation is in crisis, God holds his people primarily responsible. Because we are called to be salt (preservative) and light (hope and illumination), when there is decay in the moral fabric of the community, the Church must ask itself, “Have we lost our flavor? Are we hiding our light?” (Matt. 5:13-16). Indeed, the Bible speaks about the perilous times that would unavoidably come in the last days, but many of the negative attributes listed are not just those of the people of the world, but of the people of God (2 Tim. 3:1-5). So, the perilous times to a large extent represent the failure of the church to arise and live out its true identity. The whole creation itself is groaning in pain, waiting for the manifestation of the children of God (Rom. 8:19-22). Unknowingly, they are waiting for the church to look more like JESUS! Also, just as God heard the groanings of his people in Egypt, he also hears the groanings of his last-day church. The groanings of the pain of persecution and repentance are a part of the birthing pangs, as the church is being prepared to birth a harvest of souls (Isa. 66:7-8).
Strategy:
Begin by repenting for the nation and all the murders/injustices that have been done on the land. Also, repent for the church who has “allowed” these atrocities to continue. One person or various people can repent. The prayers do not need to be long, but they should come from a posture of humility.
2. BIND TERRITORIAL SPIRITS (Mark 3:27)
Purpose:
Territorial spirits include principalities and powers, rulers of darkness and strongmen who rule cities, towns, communities and nations, as we see in Daniel 10, where the angel Gabriel was detained from reaching the prophet because of the Prince of Persia. In order for us to tear down strongholds and satanic altars, we must first bind the strongman of that region. Before taking the land as an inheritance, winning a war, or seizing the enemy’s goods, God’s people often had to initially engage in an act that intimidated, confused and dismantled their very threatening enemy (Josh. 6:12-16; 2 Chron. 20: 15-17; 2 Kings 7: 3-8).
“No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house” (Mark 3:27). The word “bind” used there is a legal term that means to “disallow legally.” So, in order to reclaim the land and its residents, we must disallow satan’s dominance over a region by showing him “the deed” – that is, firmly declaring to him our legal rights through the blood sacrifice of Christ, declared in the Word of God.
Strategy:
· Using Ephesians 3:10-11 and other similar scriptures, declare to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms the finished work of Christ on the Cross.
· Expose the evil deeds of darkness (Eph. 5:11) by calling out the atrocities that have been done on the land.
· Bind the strongman, disallowing his power by declaring our legal rights as stewards of the land and inheritors of nations (Psalm 8:5-6; Psalm 2:8).
· Firmly resist and stand against satan and his wicked schemes (Eph. 6:10-18) that have kept people in the region in bondage, claiming souls for the kingdom of God.
3. PULL DOWN SATANIC ALTARS & ERECT PRAYER ALTARS (Exodus 20:24).
Purpose:
We raise altars on behalf of God’s people and his purposes. Likewise, the enemy raises altars against God’s people and his purposes. That’s why pulling down satanic altars and erecting prayer altars is so important to the process of community transformation.
An altar of prayer is a place of meeting with God, sacrifice and covenant blessing.
“Make an altar of earth for me and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, your sheep and goats and your cattle. Wherever I cause my name to be honored, I will come to you and bless you” (Exodus 20:24).
There were many prayer altars erected throughout scripture:
Noah (Gen. 8:20-22)
Abraham (Gen. 12:7)
Isaac (Gen. 26:24-25)
Jacob (Gen. 35:5)
Samuel (1 Sam. 7:5-13)
David (1 Chron. 21:26)
Daniel (Dan. 6:10)
Jesus built a prayer altar before his Father by living a life of prayer (Heb. 5:7) He often prayed in the mountains—a high place (Matt. 14:23; Mark 6:46; Luke 6:12). But he also prayed in the wilderness, a garden or wherever he was.
Principles of altars:
· Altars must make contact with God.
· Altars must move God to action.
· Altars must impact the community and the society surrounding it.
· Altars must connect people with God.
Satanic Altars
A satanic altar is an operational base through which the kingdom of darkness and satanic intermediaries perpetrate evil against the people and purposes of God. It is a place of bloodshed and sacrifice where evil spirits are invoked (Gen. 12:8) Gen 8:20-21) to monitor, control, intimidate and afflict the people of God and destroy the divine destiny of nations.
Strategy:
1. The leader should begin in prayer and the reading of scripture (the latter is optional). He/she should also reiterate to the group the purpose of their visit to the site.
2. Take communion, affirming the finished work of the Cross.
3. Blow the shofar. This is a war cry and a signal to the prevailing powers of darkness that spiritual warfare is about to be waged.
4. Pull down/dismantle the altars in the name of Jesus, using scriptures such as Ephesians 1:21; 6:12 and Colossians 1:6 and 2:15 that speak to the authority of Jesus over principalities and powers. Various people on the prayer team can pull down specific altars as they are led (rape, murder, violence, blood sacrifices, ancestral curses, etc.).
5. Declare judgment against the forces of darkness, affirming the people of God’s right to possess the land. Various people can pray as the Spirit leads.
4. PROPHESY OVER THE LAND (Ezekiel 36: 6)
Purpose: We are to declare a new day of divine visitation upon the land.
“Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel and say to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I speak in my jealous wrath because you have suffered the scorn of the nations…’” (Ezek. 36: 6)
For instance, Trinidad has three mountain ranges: The Northern, Central and Southern Ranges. The Northern Range is the highest, with El Cerro del Aripo and El Tucuche. The tallest hills are Mount Tamana, Mount Harris and Brigand Hill, all located in the northeastern portion of the range. The Central Range is a mountain range which extends diagonally across the island and is a low-lying range with swampy areas rising to rolling hills. The Trinity Hills is a range of hills in southeastern Trinidad.
Although these mountain ranges and hills have provided residents with much-needed protection from deadly hurricanes, they have also been used as sites for satanic altars. Historically, high places were usually associated with Baal (Num. 22:41).
Strategy:
1. We must prophesy to these mountains and hills and other ritual sites that no longer must they be places of murder and death, but of fruitfulness and life.
2. Assign gatekeepers—human agents that God will raise up to guard the community with their continual prayers. Also, ask God to send his warring angels to guard the community with their flaming swords.
3. Close in prayer, covering everyone on the team and their families against retaliation and backlash.
*We recommend that the mission at the site not be longer than an hour and a half. Please avoid overly long prayers, as we are not heard by the kingdom of darkness because of our long prayers, but our spiritual authority. Also, the leader/s might also discern the need to return to the site for a continuation or follow-up.
These are general prayer guidelines for the prayer group who stays at the base church as the community transformation team goes to the murder site or burial/dumping ground of murder victims. Although the focus here is murder, these basic principles of atonement can be used as you pray against any generational stronghold in a community (such as incest, abortion, suicide, witchcraft, etc.)
(Genesis 4: 9-11)
Prayer Leader/s at the Base church
This person/s will lead the people at the church in prayers that release the blood of Jesus over the nation, for one hour. This is to atone for the shedding of innocent blood in the nation or any other atrocity. The prayer leader must be well-prepared, yet open to the flow of the Holy Spirit.
The biblical principle: When innocent blood is shed, the very ground cries out to God for justice. Not only is the murderer cursed, the ground is also cursed because of the murderous act.
Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?”
He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?”
And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground. So now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. (Genesis 4: 9-11)
So, when there is the shedding of innocent blood, there must be an atonement. We are not seeking to re-do what Christ did on Calvary. His work of atonement is FINISHED. We are simply seeking to AFFIRM and DECLARE his work to the powers of darkness. Here are a few basic principles that the base church team must keep in mind as they pray.
1. PRAY BIBLICALLY BASED PRAYERS: All prayers will be biblically based and focus around the atoning power of the blood and Christ’s finished work on the Cross.
2. PRAY FOR UNITY AND PROTECTION FOR THE TEAM: Cover the murder site team with your prayers, asking God for unity and protection from any frontal assault or backlash of the enemy.
3. CANCEL THE STRONGHOLD OF MURDER: Affirm the power of the blood of Jesus and its ability to cancel the stronghold of murder in a community or nation.
4. WORSHIP AND GIVE THANKS TO GOD: Worship God as you recognize his awesome power over principalities and powers. Also, thank him in advance for the work that has begun in the community and nation, asking him for testimonies, good reports and signs of hope from the returning team.
